Rosario's mother arrived about an hour after her son was shot and ran toward the shooting scene screaming, "Where's my son?"
Police and relatives restrained her as she struggled to get to Rosario, who lay dead where he had fallen.
"Let me go to him please," begged the woman.
NO Parent should ever have to go through this. This is complete senselessness!

Man shot and killed next to playground in Glenside Homes
A man was shot and killed next to the playground in Glenside Homes about 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Reading police are confirming.
The victim was found lying facedown between two parked cars along Avenue C next to the basketball courts. The victim was wearing a tank top and shorts and appeared to be in his 20s.
