A fight during a party in the 500 block of Heckman's Court, an alley near 11th and Mulberry Streets, involving mostly teenagers claimed the life of Cesar Rivera and injured two others.
An arrest warrant has been issued for a 17 year old male.
DA Adams told 69 News that the suspect arrived uninvited and some sort of disturbance broke out. Three different witnesses identified the suspect as the gunman, according to an arrest warrant. Cesar was killed, two others were injured.
