The victim's widow, said her husband was awesome.

"He was kind-hearted, I found out I was pregnant the week after the funeral with my second child. My oldest is 12."

She showed the judge photos of her sons.

The victim's mother, said her son was her oldest child. "He was my best friend," I had Chauncey when I was 16. We were best friends.

"He was a good father and a good husband."

Patricia Pringle said she was hurt when she heard that her son was killed just because he looked at someone. "He was a kind guy."
