By all accounts, David J. Banks was playing the role of peacemaker when he was fatally shot. Many witnesses saw the 4:15 a.m. shooting inside a bottle club in the 600 block of Thorn Street. WHY IS NO ONE SPEAKING OUT? KILLING IS WRONG!
