Family of slain boy looking for answers
Dwayne was asphyxiated when his air supply was cut off. Investigators had not determined what caused Dwayne's air supply to be cut off.. There were no witnesses - no new leads. "This is a very troubling case," Baldwin said. "It is perhaps one of the most disturbing I have been involved with as a investigator."
