Crime Victims' Rights:
Fairness. Dignity. Respect.
A Tribute Quilt is being created in honor of all victims of crime. The quilt will respectfully serve to remind everyone that crime victims are more than statistics. It will be on display throughout National Crime Victims Rights Week in Berks County.
