Frank Ferrante Jr. Unsolved 1999 Murder - Read More
Frank was a homeless man, usually renting a room at the Hope Rescue Mission.
I didn't know Frank, never even met him. He was killed several months before my friend Gary was in 1999. I was told I would be better off praying for the homeless man pulled from the river - than my friend Gary.
So I started praying for justice for both of them.
Two friends discoved Franks body while on a canoe trip.
An autopsy showed that 57 year old Frank was struck in the head before drowning in the Schuylkill River.
A witness claims that Frank was at Heritage Park - 6th and Canal Streets. He was sitting on the riverbank talking with someone, when a white male approached from behind and hit him on the back of his head. Frank was struck four times, robbed and then rolled into the river. Police know most of the story, but they need one more piece to put this person away where they can never hurt anyone again.
Please help find Justice for Frank.
NO ONE deserves to be treated like this.
September 25, A National Day of Remembrance
A memory of Frank for the quilt.
Frank is in an unmarked mass grave at Aulenbachs Cemetary. This just isn't right.
