*****Witness Murdered*****

We Will Not Tolerate This

Berks County Unsolved Murder
Jason's mother Tina only found this picture a few weeks ago, making this picture even more precious to treasure.

Jason was very brave for a twenty year old man. Police believe he was murdered for his willingness to testify against #, who was arrested & convicted for the home invasion turned murder of Jason's friend and neighbor Miguel Colon.

CBS3 News story

At this time 5 men walked up to the car.
Three of them stood on the passenger side,
one in the rear, and another walked up to the driver's door,
pulled out a handgun and fired several shots.
Jason was killed.

Police believe the men may have run to a vehicle on N. 9th Street. There were people waiting in line at the McDonalds drive thru. Maybe you saw something that you didn't think was important at the time, but it is now.
