Jeffrey was a passenger in a car that struck two trees then went into a creek about six miles north of Fleetwood. He was trapped in the car and had to be freed by rescuers from the Virginville Fire Company. Jeffrey was pronounced dead in Lehigh Valley Hospital, near Allentown, where he was taken after the 11:30 p.m. crash.
