Joby was the type of man that would do anything for anybody. He was 26 years old and had two young children. He loved family, friends and sports. He became a truck driver, just like his dad. That all ended on October 7,1989 when a gang of assailants beat him in the alley behind his home on 141 West Douglas Street. He died 19 days later from blows to the head.
