John was 31 years old. He was a computer analyst. His parents say he was outgoing & sometimes too trusting of other people. He was a avid Dallas Cowboy fan.
John had moved home from Allentown 3 weeks earlier to start a new job at a Wyomissing firm. He told his parents he was going to the Greater Mifflin Community Days Fair with a girl he had recently run into & attended high school with at Govenor Mifflin.

Parents baffled by death of son in drug house
"I know for a definite fact, he did not use drugs or even smoke cigarettes." Toxicology tests showed that John died after using cocaine and heroin. His body was found wrapped in garbage bags, a blanket & a electric cord in a vacant third floor apartment on South 9th Street, Reading. "This is the worst day of my life & it always will be"

Police were seeking an "unidentified person" whom was partially hanging from a crawl space - police initially believed was dead. Investigators believe the person played dead while police searched a closet and fled when police searched elsewhere.

N.Y. Police find car sought in city death
Toxicology tests showed a large amount of cocaine and heroin were in John's body. The cause of death is undetermined. If the person who provided the drugs is found, charges could be filed & the death certificate amended.
