Juan was struck by a pickup truck in a hit-and-run accident at Sixth and Perry Streets, while he and a friend were unloading a fence from a vehicle.
The driver of the truck did not stop and has not been identified by police.
Police described the vehicle that struck Juan as a late-1980s pickup truck, possibly white or two-tone beige or brown, with a broken headlight & damage on the front passenger side.
