The body of a missing Lebanon County woman was found Sunday in a sport utility vehicle on the grounds of Wernersville State Hospital in South Heidelberg Township. Officials are treating her death as a homicide.

The vehicle, a 1996 four-door Nissan Sentra, was found in South Philadelphia with the assistance of the public, investigators said.
