Kelvin & his dance partner Ashley M. Molten were in Reading with Kelvin's parents, Evelyn & Kelvin Sr. for a dance recital. They traveled from Massachusetts for the event. Kelvin Jr. never made it home. He was killed when two cars drag racing down 5th street, slammed into the car he was in, as his family was returning to their Hotel room after their performance.
