An argument between roommates over money led to a 29 year old Reading woman's conviction in Berks County Court on voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault and related charges.

City woman sentenced for killing roommate
A 29 year old city woman was convicted last month in Berks County Court of voluntary manslaughter and related charges, was sentenced Tuesday to six to 20 years in prison, the maximum under state guidelines for manslaughter. That will be followed by four months in prison on a simple assault charge and three years of probation on weapons charges.
