Lee was found dead inside his second floor flat above Borelli's Hotel on S. Third Street on July 17th, 1993.
Neighbors said Lee fell outside of his home two days before he was found dead in his apartment.
Lee reported to authorities that he was assaulted under the Penn Street Bridge about a week before he died.

Autopsy report showed Lee died of
head injuries,
3 broken ribs and minor bruises.

Conflicting circumstances and the lack of information
have led authorities to list Lee's death as
"undertermined".
