July 2005 police submitted DNA samples from the crime scene to a state police DNA database. An Arrest was made. Maybe now Louise and her family can find some peace. A long road to Justice.

Judge Yatron ordered Louise's killer to undergo a Megan’s law evaluation to determine if he is a violent sexual predator.
If it’s determined that he is, Louise's killer will be required to undergo counseling and register his address with state police for the rest of his life. What part of this am I missing? Determine if an admitted killer who walked free for 14 years is a violent sexual predator? Register His address? Prison The law forbids him to waive the evaluation and scheduled sentencing in February. Megan's Law is Great, but it needs to have some common sense amended! In this case it is prolonging sentencing of a killer who has been free far too long.

Prison ordered in Reading rape, murder
The killer will die in prison because he has terminal cancer, his lawyer says.
# lawyer, P. David Maynard of Reading, said the length of the sentence does not matter.
“Whatever happened today (Monday) doesn’t make a difference because my client has cancer and is expected to die within six months,” Maynard said.
