The Angel Guarding over Us

Mike was killed on Oct. 4, 2004  in a botched Home Invasion as him, his wife and two friends prepared to watch a movie & eat pizza.

The trial of one of the murderers of Miguel Colon has
brought some JUSTICE to Mike's family.
The "convicted" was sentenced on July 31, 2007 to Life in prison for the 2nd degree murder charge & 17 1/2 years to 45 years for the remaining charges.
There will be NO PAROLE!

The sentences are to be served consecutively!

Convicted was also fined $ 55,000 plus court costs &
$ 10,000 restitution to Mike's wife.

Remember, there are still two (2) more accomplises walking the streets in Mike's murder, and five (5) murderers walking free in Jason Stief's murder.
