A Black or Dark Purple Toyota - possibly a celica model - from the 1990's was at the scene of Neftaly's murder. The car was driven by a Latino male, who drove up to Neftaly's body, then drove off at a high rate of speed.
Officials are trying to locate Neftaly's relatives. Addresses that Neftaly had given were contacted, but no one knew of Neftaly.
