Reading police are asking the public to help identify
He was described as Latino, likely in his 20s, about 5 feet 7 inches and 150 pounds with shoulder length brown hair with a slight wave. He was wearing a black, puffy jacket, blue jeans, white sneakres and a black T-shirt with some writing on it.
Police are asking anyone who knows of any missing person matching this description to contact them.
