Peter was getting ready to celebrate 50 years in business. He owned Morrell's Liberty Hat Cleaning Shop on North 9 th Street. Until he was robbed and shoved during a struggle for a carton of cigarettes. He died two weeks later of chest injuries and a blood clot caused by the robber.
