Someone wanted Richard's gold chain....... So they killed him and didn't take the chain. A 15 year old Boy who had a family and friends Dead Oakbrook Homes area Scott Street. Gunman described as 5'6" wearing dark clothes, and his head wrapped in cloth. He then ran to a small two door car waiting in the 900 Block of Liggett St
Don't let these criminals rule our streets, they hide in dark clothes and cover their faces with cloth! They are cowards who need to be put away! This could have been my son or yours.. This person should not be walking free If you heard someone bragging about this murder Or know something that you were afraid to talk about.... There are ways to speak out without giving your name!
