Rogelio dreamed of owning a grocery store. He was the father of five children. He was a hard worker, if you would have asked him for money he would have given it to you.
Rogelio owned La Hazienda Grocery & Deli on North Ninth Street. He was playing domino's with his daughter, when a masked gunman entered his store and ended his life.
