Rosie was always smiling. She had a young daughter. She loved to write - she wrote her dreams. She can't raise her daughter or write her dreams anymore because someone decided to wrecklessly use a gun and take her life.
Two arrests have been made in connection with Rosa's murder August 4, 2001. 5 1/2 years of waiting for Justice.
Rosie was on the porch @ 231 North Front Street in Reading shortly before 5AM. A slow moving maroon car came down the street.
At least twelve shots were fired - could have been from the car or from the sidewalk back. One of those shots hit Rosie.
She died a few hours later.
Another young life lost to violence in the streets.
This is senseless.
The same night a few hours earlier and just several blocks away, another shooting at the Millenium Club.
