Stacey, a young mother
who was on her way home
from work became the
victim of an 18 year old drunk driver.
A 14 mile High Speed Chase with police led to death.

when she drove down the ramp to
Lancaster Avenue, ran a red light
and hit Wisniewski’s car.

The 18 year old driver that took Stacey's life
had a blood-alcohol content of 0.09 percent to 0.10 percent.
Under state law, a driver under age 21 is
legally intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content
of at least 0.02 percent.
