YOT POLLS

In Your Face

William McMillan March 23,2000

Police don't believe William was the intended target when he was shot and killed as he walked down the 300 block of South 8th Street.

He was just leaving a local bar and walking to another in East Reading.

He never made it.

William didn't know that a car was following him and his friend.

Bullets started flying, striking windows of a nearby house.

William and his friend dove to the ground but when the shooting stopped William was dead. Luckily no other innocent bystanders were killed. These actions are just senseless & careless. The people who have no reguard for life need to be removed from our streets.

Our streets are not firing ranges.

If you know anything about who was in the car that killed William, the police need to hear from you. People are not safe with this kind of activity, and it must be stopped!
